2022 ಜನವರಿ 15 ಶನಿವಾರದಂದು 74ನೇ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಭೂಸೇನಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೆಹರು ಮೆಮೋರಿಯಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಘಟಕದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಟ್ ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಸೀತಾರಾಮ ಎಮ್.ಡಿ. ಇವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೂಗಲ್ ಮೀಟ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಭೂಸೇನಾ ದಳದ ಸೈನಿಕ ಸುಬೇದಾರ್ ತಿಮ್ಮಯ್ಯ ಬಿ ಎಮ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ದಿನದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ , ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಶಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯಸೇನೆಗೆ ಸೇರುವ ರೀತಿ-ವಿಧಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಗಳಾದ ಕೀರ್ತಿಕ್ ಎಲ್ ಬಿ, ಕವಿತ ವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃತಿ ಕೆ ಎಚ್ ಇವರು ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ವೀರ ಸೈನಿಕರಾದ ಮೇಜರ್ ಮೋಹಿತ್ ಶರ್ಮ, ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಟನ್ ವಿಕ್ರಂ ಬಾಟ್ರಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಟನ್ ಮನೋಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಪಾಂಡೆ ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಅಂಡರ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ್ ಎ ಇವರು ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು. ಸಾರ್ಜೆಂಟ್ ಅಭಿಜಿತ್ ಕೆ ಜೆ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜೂನಿಯರ್ ಅಂಡರ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ ಎಮ್.ಆರ್ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಎಮ್ ಮೇಘ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಕ್ಯಾಡೆಟ್ ಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

The NCC unit of Nehru Memorial College Sullia celebrated 74th army day on 15th January 2022 in the Google meet platform.
The program was presided by ANO Lt. Seetharama MD. Army Day marks a day to salute the valiant soldier's who have sacrificed their lives to protect the country and its citizen.
In the program Subedar Thimmaiah, retired warrior of Indian Army joined as a guest speaker. He shared his experiences being an soldier and also gave informative advises to the cadets. Cadet Keerthik L B, Kavitha V and Krithi K H shared the stories of brave soldiers Maj. Mohit Sharma, Capt. Vikram Batra and Capt. Manoj Kumar Pandey Respectively.
Senior Under Officer Abhishek A shared his thoughts. Junior Under Officer Sandhya M R welcomed, Company Sargent Major Megha P S saluted the guests of the event. Google meet platform hosted by Sargent Abhijith K J. All other NCC cadets participated in this event.
