Pre - IGC (i) / CATC Experience - Sandhya M R

When I was in the first year I was amazed by the stories of our seniors who have attended the camps. me and my friends were eager to attend the camp and were waited for that, but in the second year we didn’t get any chance to attend the camp, but then we got a chance while we were in the final year. I would like to say it was my luck which made me get into the camp. We attended the camp with, a lot of efforts behind that but unfortunately we 5 cadets couldn't get in to the pre-igc 2 camp, we felt sad but thought may be the effort wasn’t enough.

We didn’t lose hopes got up again with a smile and enjoyed the camp. even if we didn't get selected we prayed for our friends who has been selected. Without being sad we started to enjoy every moments of that camp. We really really enjoyed a lot, learned a lot, enjoyed getting punishmemnts, enjoyed morning workouts, afternoon lunch and our little dances, cultural events, etc.

There is a saying which goes “COURAGE DOSEN'T ALWAYS ROAR, SOMETIMES IT’S THE QUIET VOICE AT THE END OF THE DAY WHISPERING ‘ I WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW” with this motivation we finished our camp with a lot of memories and not Regret.

If I asked what you learned by this camp? I would say courage to push past obstacles, Make every  moment count and to love and believe in myself, and realized being happy for others success makes me happier
