Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration

The 153rd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was celebrated by National Cadet Corps unit of Nehru Memorial College Sullia. 

Associate NCC Officer Lt.Seetharama M D led the program by conveying the moral values of Gandhi to the cadets and the importance of this day. IQAC coordinator Mrs.Mamatha K paid a floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi followed by other cadets. 


Let’s move on the path of truth, peace, nonviolence, win all the love . Gandhi's values were spread by creating awareness among cadets and publics through distributing pamplets. 
     cadets moved their path in cleaning the surroundings of the college and inspired the public to join in this mission of ‘Swachh bharat'.

National Cadet Corps, Nehru Memorial College Sullia Unit, Under 19 Karnataka Battalion Madikeri. The National Cadet Corps is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces with its headquarters in New Delhi, which trains and motivates the youth of our country to become a disciplined person and help him join the armed forces if he wishes to.
