CATC Shivamogga Experience - Keerthana CG

Our camp held on 25/11/2021 at Shankaragatta near Shivamogga. But due to vacancy conditions only 10 members went on 25/11/2021. On 26/11/2021 they provide some vacancies for us, so our NCC camp journey started started from 26/11/2021 at 5.30 AM. We reached Shivamogga at 4.30 AM. We travelled from morning so they welcomed us by giving food. Registration was done at 8:00 PM.

I'm in Alpha company, for our surprise almost 11 members in our NMC college all are alpha team. Next day morning we had firing ,for alpha team no PT for that day . Firing is an wonderful moment for all.

We celebrate NCC day at Shivamogga On 4 th Saturday of November that is 28 th November.

We learnt and enjoy in day but when we go for our room ,it's an unconditional state. Totally 6 members in our room all 4 are from Shivamogga remaining we are from our college only But They don't talk with us. For different companies they gave different block. We stay in Thunga B block ,it is the one block with no sufficient water ,it is the main problem for us .We all have morning PT, exercise upto 7'o clock. We taking dinner and NCC uniform within 15 minutes it's surprising for us .We have drill, theory classes, rifle training all.

Prathap Saab was the unforgettable Saab for all basically he also from my native Somwarpet it's an surprising for me ,his theory classes were awesome. Evening daily we have cultural programmes, Dance, song, drama competition held for all companies. Daily evening they held games for all. Volleyball, Throwball, tug of war games. Our team Sw's was first in Throwball and tough of war. Every companies group photo was taken from head Saab .We saw different cadets from different places ,we have so many friends in our camp . We learn time sense basically .We go hopelessly for our camp but when camp was going its an auspicious camp for us . I heartily thank you for my ANO sir ,and seniors for giving me a opportunity to attend for the camp.

Jai Hind...!
